Come and join Alison each Thursday evening at 7.00 pm for a 'Power Walk' through our beautiful countryside. This is a fast walk over a 3-4 mile route, sometimes over uneven terrain and is not for the faint hearted.
If you have never heard of Power Walking it is seen as a safer alternative to running with similar health benefits but at a lower intensity. In thirty minutes you can burn up to 250 calories and get a great cardiovascular workout.
